What kind of life creates a natural longevity?
From the moment of physical birth to physical death the body is a long fight against the aging process. Since there is continuous destruction of tissues and organs of the body at the cellular level, creating a decline and degeneration, then at the cellular level should take place and the restoration of the body.
Tridosha plays a very important role in maintaining healthy cells and longevity. Each dosha is vital in maintaining the billions of cells that make up the human body. Kapha maintains longevity on a cellular level. Pitta governs digestion and nutrition. Vata, being closely related to practical life energy, controls all vital functions.
At the deepest level, to fight aging, requires a balance of three thin bases in the body: Prana, Ojas and tedzhasa. More Prana, Ojas and tedzhasa correspond to the subtle level of creation functions Vata, Kapha and Pitta. Proper diet, exercise and lifestyle can ensure a balance in these three thin bases and guarantee longevity.
Prana - is a vital energy
Provides breathing, oxygen supply and blood circulation. Prana also controls the motor and sensory functions. The vital pranic force ignites the main body of fire (Agni). The natural mind of the body is expressed spontaneously through Prana. For example, if a child has a lack of iron or calcium, natural mind of the body controlled by Prana, encourage him to eat dirt, which is the source of these elements.
Location prana - the head; Prana governs all higher brain activity. Functions of mind, memory, thinking and emotions are under control of prana. The physiological function of the heart and Prana are controlled. From the heart prana enters the blood, thereby controlling the oxygen supply of all dhatu and all vital organs.
Prana controls the biological functions of two other thin pillars: Ojas and tedzhas. During pregnancy, the navel of the fetus is a door through which the prana enters the heart and the body of the fetus. It also regulates the circulation of prana Ojas in the fruit. Thus, all people (and even unborn) violation of prana can create imbalance and Ojas tedzhas, and violation of Ojas and tedzhasa may cause a violation of prana.
